The cost of returning the product is covered by the KinderPrams store. You can submit a refund in two ways:

Product return - step by step

1) Pack the item

The product must be packed for transport. After the product is packed, you must put the return form in the packaging. Please include your return number or order number on the package.

2) Print the return label received by e-mail

After receiving the return notification in our system, our consultant will send you a return label to your e-mail, which should be affixed to the package.

3) Send the parcel

The refund can be sent at any GLS ParcelShop point.

4) After receiving the parcel and verifying the return, we will refund the payment

Shipment with your product will reach our warehouse after a few days. Our returns department will verify the condition of the product upon return. Our consultant will provide the money for return. The return will be made without undue delay, but not later than within 14 days from sending the parcel at the ParcelShop.


There is no GLS ParcelShop in my area. How can I send a return?

If there is no GLS ParcelShop shipping point in your area, our consultant will order a GLS courier to collect the parcel from your address.

I cannot print the return label.

You can download the sticker to your mobile phone and show it at the ParcelShop. The service will print the label on the spot.

When will I get my refund?

The refund will be issued after the return is verified by our returns department. We make returns within 14 days from the moment you send the package.


Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Pramso Sp. z o.o, Nowodworcowa 22, 81-581 Gdynia, Poland, e-mail, phone no. +48 797 593 799) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You may also use our page made for returns

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We will collect the goods. We will bear the cost of returning the goods that can normally be returned by post. You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post. For goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the cost is 50 EUR. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
