RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer. The return can be reported in two ways:

Returning a product - step by step

  1. Pack the article
    The product must be packaged for transport. Once the product has been packed, place the return form in the packaging. Include the return number or order number on the packaging.
  2. Post the parcel to the address: Pramso-Completio Rampa T4, 47 Jędrzejowska Street, 93,636 Łódź.
    Once we have received the parcel and verified the return, we will refund the amount due.
  3. The parcel with your product will arrive at our warehouse after a few days. Our returns department will verify the condition of the product upon return. Our consultant will forward the money for the return. The return will be made without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after dispatch.

Important information on returns

Return
Only the customer who is a consumer is entitled to a 30-day withdrawal period. According to Article 22(1) of the Civil Code, a consumer is a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur which is not directly related to his/her economic or professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall end 30 days after the day on which you have taken possession of the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not a carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pramso Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowodworcowa 22, 81-581 Gdynia, sklep@kinderprams.pl, tel. +48 797 977 031) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, which, however, is not obligatory. You can also fill in the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website https://kinderprams.pl/pl/returns-open.html. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal on a durable data medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that were used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We will collect the parcel. We will bear the cost of returning the item. You will only have to pay for the loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
