Delivery is made within the European Union by courier DPD.
The cost of courier delivery depends on the destination country and is indicated on the product card or in the shopping cart.
Delivery time consists of: the shipping date indicated on the product card + courier delivery time.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders are shipped within the time indicated on the product card. This is the maximum deadline - usually orders are shipped faster. If the shipping date is too far away, and you want fast delivery, please contact us.
When does DHL courier deliver shipments?
Couriers deliver shipments on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00.
The courier has delivered only part of the order - now what?
We ask you to be patient. For example, if you have received one of two packages, the second package will most likely be delivered the next day.
